MAINTAINED PUBLIC SAFETY

I support the construction and staffing of a Fire Station in western Goleta.  A Fire Station has been proposed in the area since 1967 when Goleta Valley was studied on the placement of future Fire Stations. 

The time is now; the existing area has been underserved and put at risk for years.  I serve on the Council's ad hoc committee moving the Fire Station proposal forward.
