I Have Achieved These Goals:

PRESERVING THE GAVIOTA COAST

I believe that the boundary should be a straight line from the west boundary of Bacara north to the USFS boundary line. I would never support any extension beyond that point. The boundary line should be made permanent.

The location of this boundary line would provide some flexibility if the Rancho Embarcadero community ever wanted to annex to the City of Goleta.
